Pumpkin cranberry bread

- eggs - 2 item
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
- cranberries, chopped - 1 c
How to make pumpkin cranberry bread:
In a large bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. In small mixing bowl, beat eggs; beat in sugar, oil and pumpkin. Pour pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Stir in cranberries. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 60 minutes or until wooden toothpicks comes out clean.
