Spaghetti pie
Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 6 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- spaghetti sauce - 1 c
- olive oil or butter - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- large eggs, well beaten - 2 item
How to make spaghetti pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate; set aside. Toss hot spaghetti with oil or butter. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir into spaghetti. Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared pie plate. Form into crust; spread Ricotta over bottom of spaghetti crust. Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
