- salt - 1 tsp
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- loin lamb chops, 1-inch thick - 4 item
How to make lamb chops:
Trim fat from chops. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes on 1 side; turn and broil 4 minutes. Mix together mustard and honey; spread over chops and broil 2 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Lamb/sheep.
