Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • honey - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • loin lamb chops, 1-inch thick - 4 item

How to make lamb chops:

Trim fat from chops. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes on 1 side; turn and broil 4 minutes. Mix together mustard and honey; spread over chops and broil 2 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
