Spaghetti meat sauce

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• water
• oil - 2 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
• ground beef - 1/2 lb
• oregano - 1/2 tsp
• clove minced garlic - 1 item

How to make spaghetti meat sauce:

Heat oil; saute onions and garlic; add beef. Sear thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, over low heat 1 hour, uncovered 1/2 hour.
