Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- spaghetti noodles - 1/2 lb
- cooked ground beef, drained - 1 lb
- jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 12 oz
- to 4 small zucchini, sliced - 3 item
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Cook noodles; drain. Cook zucchini with sliced/chopped onion and about 1 tablespoon margarine. Add seasoned salt to taste. In a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish layer a couple of spoons of Ragu sauce, some noodles, cooked ground beef, Ragu sauce, zucchini mixture and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
