Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 2/3 c
  • white wine - 1/4 c

How to make soy sauce chicken:

Place chicken pieces in Pyrex dish and baste with sauce. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Continue to baste and turn chicken midway.
