  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • box raisins - 1 item
  • Icing:1 c
  • lemon, grated - 1 item
  • orange, grated - 1 item

How to make japanese fruit cake:

Mix all ingredients and bake in three layers.Icing:1 c. water1 lemon, grated2 Tbsp. flour2 c. sugar1 orange, grated Cook until thickened. Let cool. Stir in 1 1/2 cups coconut and pour over each layer.
