  • sour cream - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • egg - 1 item
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/3 c

How to make sour cream pumpkin coffee cake:

Pumpkin Filling:1 3/4 c. pumpkin1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1/3 c. sugar1 egg Streusel:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine2 tsp. cinnamon Combine batter ingredients; spoon half of batter in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan. Combine Streusel ingredients; spread half of streusel on top of batter. Combine pumpkin filling ingredients; spread all of it on top of streusel. Spread rest of batter on top of pumpkin; top with rest of streusel. Bake in a 325° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
