- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin
- egg - 1 item
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/3 c
How to make sour cream pumpkin coffee cake:
Pumpkin Filling:1 3/4 c. pumpkin1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1/3 c. sugar1 egg Streusel:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine2 tsp. cinnamon Combine batter ingredients; spoon half of batter in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan. Combine Streusel ingredients; spread half of streusel on top of batter. Combine pumpkin filling ingredients; spread all of it on top of streusel.
