Sour cream potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 2/3 c
- grated American cheese - 4 tsp
- sliced, cooked potatoes - 3 c
How to make sour cream potato casserole:
Cook onion in oleo; place 1/2 potatoes in buttered casserole and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add part of onion and grated cheese. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour half over potatoes. Repeat. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
