Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- large carton sour cream - 1 item
- small cans chopped olives - 2 item
- can chicken or cubed, cooked roast beef - 1 1/2
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients, except half of the grated cheese and tortillas. Spoon 1/2 of sour cream mixture into tortillas and roll, placing in casserole side by side. Top the tortillas with remaining sour cream, the remaining half of grated cheese and second can of olives. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
