- cooked meat ground turkey or shaved turkey or chicken - 1 lb

How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine 1/2 of shredded cheeses with mixture in bowl. Place 1/2 of a large serving spoonful of this mixture on each tortilla.
