- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cream-style corn - 1 c
- self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
- medium onion, grated if desired - 1/2 item
How to make sour cream cornbread:
Melt margarine in 8-inch iron skillet in 350° oven. Coat pan with margarine. Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour remaining margarine into batter and mix well. Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
