Sour cream cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• cream-style corn - 1 c
• self-rising meal - 1 c

How to make sour cream cornbread:

Melt margarine in 8-inch skillet in 350° oven. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
