Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- Fold in sour cream
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream. Add vanilla. Add all dry ingredients. Spoon 1/2 of batter in tube pan (greased and floured). Cover with topping; spoon in rest of batter. Cover with remaining topping. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes (toothpick test).
