Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:3/4 c. chopped nuts1/4 c. brown sugar1 1/2 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs, alternating, add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Then beat in sour cream. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan. Pour in cherry pie filling, then pour rest of batter in.Topping: Pour topping on, then bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
