Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- butter, creamed - 1/4 lb
- chopped nuts, fine - 1 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts, fine2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. melted butter Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir baking soda into sour cream. Add alternately to butter mixture. Add vanilla. Pour 1/2 dough into greased 10-inch tube pan. Spread half topping, then half dough and half topping.
