Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• oil - 1/4 c
• flaked coconut - 2 Tbsp
• carton sour cream - 1 oz
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• box white cake mix - 1 item
• can cream of coconut - 1 1/2
• Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes

How to make sour cream coconut cake:

Mix all together. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)2 Tbsp. flaked coconut1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Blend sugar and cheese. Work in milk and vanilla. Spread on the cake and top with coconut.
