Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- can chopped green chilies - 1/2 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
- small flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- stewed chicken
How to make sour cream chicken enchiladas:
Mix ingredients except tortillas, reserving half of cheese and onions. Fill and roll tortillas. Place fold side down in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven (covered).Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
