Sour cream chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 1/2
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- sliced black olives optional - 1 item
- cooked chicken breasts - 2 item
- flour or corn tortillas - 1 doz
- vegetable oil or spray - 1 item
How to make sour cream chicken enchiladas:
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, onion and chilies. Place layer of mixture on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Roll mixture in tortillas and place in pan. Put remaining mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with olives and serve.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
