Sour cream biscuits
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
How to make sour cream biscuits:
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of coarse crumbs. Mix in sour cream, stirring to form soft dough. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
