Sour cream apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• butter or margarine - 1/4 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• egg, unbeaten - 1 item
• diced apples - 2 c

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Mix well and sprinkle over the pie. Return to 400° oven for 10 minutes to brown.
