Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- cans Ortega green chili salsa - 2 item
- medium clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can Ortega spice beans - 1 oz
- Longhorn cheese for garnish - 1/2 c
- sliced olives for garnish - 1/4 c
- chopped onion for garnish - 1/4 c
How to make sombrero dip:
Brown ground beef in skillet until crumbly. Drain. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until hot and bubbly. Garnish with cheese, black olives and onion. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beans.
