Soft oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• oleo - 1/2 c
• nuts, chopped - 1 item
• oatmeal - 2 c
• cooked raisins - 1 c
• raisin juice - 5 Tbsp
• shakes salt - 2 item

How to make soft oatmeal cookies:

Cream oleo and sugar together. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add cooked raisins, raisin juice and nuts. Spoon by a teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
