Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item

How to make snickerdoodles:

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Then add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Blend well. Roll into balls, then roll balls into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Then place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
