Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
- soft oleo - 1 c
How to make snickerdoodles:
Mix together cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cream oleo and 1 1/2 cups sugar together. Add eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir together dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture. Chill about 1 hour. Shape into walnut size balls, then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400°.
