Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
- soft shortening part butter - 1 c
How to make snickerdoodle cookies:
Roll into balls size of small walnut. Then roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
