Snickerdoodle cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• soft shortening part butter - 1 c

How to make snickerdoodle cookies:

Roll into balls size of small walnut. Then roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
