Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
- soft shortening - 1 c
How to make snickerdoodle cookies:
Dipping Mixture:2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. sugar Chill dough; roll into balls the size of a small walnut. Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
