Snickerdoodle cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
How to make snickerdoodle cookies:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Roll into small balls and roll in a mixture of two teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.Place two inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake until lightly browned, about 8 minutes at 350°.
