Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make smothered steak:
Mix together all but water and soup. Form into balls and fry until brown. Pour the condensed mushroom soup in pan. Add water. Add meatballs; simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Meat, Beef.
