Dutch meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato sauce 1/2 c - 1 oz
How to make dutch meat loaf:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. With wire whip combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar. Add prepared sauce on top and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
