Ingredients/Components
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
- large can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt optional, for taste - 1 item
- pepper optional, for taste - 1 item
How to make smothered pork chops:
Heat skillet with oil or grease. Coat chops with flour. Put in skillet to brown. Have casserole dish ready. Put browned chops in casserole dish. Mix soup with 1 can of water and pour over chops. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until chops are tender.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
