Smoky corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can corn, drained - 1 oz
- can lima beans - 1 1/2
How to make smoky corn chowder:
Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add the milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in corn, sausage and lima beans. Simmer 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chowders.
