- liquid smoke - 3 Tbsp
- turkey - 1 item
- Tender Quick - 1/4 lb
How to make smoked turkey:
Dissolve Tender Quick and liquid smoke in the gallon of water. Soak turkey 24 hours or more. Drain and put in roaster. Bake for 2 to 3 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Turkey, Whole turkey.
