- Morton Tender Quick salt - 2 c
- Morton canning salt - 1 c
How to make smoked turkey:
Pour Morton Tender Quick salt and Morton canning salt in a 5 gallon bucket with a lid. Add your turkey, then fill with water above turkey. Soak for 24 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350°, then turn down to 250° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Turkey, Whole turkey.
