- butter, melted - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- fresh herbs, chopped parsley, chives, etc - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes. Cut into thin slices, not all the way through. Place in dish that is microwave-safe. Sprinkle with melted butter and herbs. Microwave on High for 10 minutes. Rearrange potatoes after 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and microwave 4 to 6 minutes at High until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
