- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 3
- dried herbs - 2 3
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel skins off potatoes. Cut potatoes in thin slices, but not all the way. Put potatoes in baking dish and cool them lightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
