Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 1
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced thinly - 2 item
- medium red potatoes, sliced thinly with skins - 6 item
How to make skillet potatoes:
Heat margarine in frypan. Layer potatoes, season and layer onions. Add water. Cover and simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed, about 30 to 45 minutes.Very tasty!
