Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • 303 can cream-style corn
  • or 1 c

How to make skillet corn:

Lightly fry beef and onion in butter until beef begins to curl. Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add corn and heat. Add cheese and mango. Stir on low heat just until cheese melts. Serve at once on buttered toast. Serves 4 or 5.
