Sweet potato bake

Ingredients/Components

• cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• flour - 1/3 c
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato bake:

Topping:1/4 lb. butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter and vanilla. Put into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with nut topping.

For Topping: Cut butter into sugar with 2 knives or pastry blender. Gradually add flour and nuts. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
