Simple salisbury steak
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- sliced mushrooms
- dry bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- ground beef or chuck - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup divided - 1 item
How to make simple salisbury steak:
Mix 1/4 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and onion into 6 patties. Brown on both sides in skillet until done. Drain off fat. Stir in rest of soup and mushrooms on low heat and cook 20 minutes or so, turning occasionally.
