Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/8 c
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- dill - 1/4 tsp
- fresh squeezed lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- small can tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained well - 1 item
- loaf mini pumpernickel bread deli slices - 1 item
How to make shrimp spread:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Combine all ingredients, except bread. Beat until well blended. Chill until fairly stiff. Spread on pumpernickel rounds.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
