Shrimp scampi
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- shrimp
- clove garlic, minced or garlic powder - 1 item
How to make shrimp scampi:
Shell and devein raw shrimp; press center with thumb to fan over medium flame. Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic; add shrimp. Cook and stir until pink and firm (about 10 to 12 minutes). Add parsley and wine; simmer approximately 2 minutes.Serve over rice in individual shrimp dishes; spoon liquid mixture over each serving.
