Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- sliced onions - 3/4 c
- lean beef
- small can button mushrooms - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced or garlic powder - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Take nice pork chops, remove all fat, wash and pound them; then season with salt and pepper. Roll in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs and fry to a light brown. Fry in a little grease.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
