Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- Knox gelatine - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans tiny shrimp - 2 1/2
How to make shrimp mousse:
Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water. Heat cream cheese in soup and cool. Add gelatine and celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and shrimp together. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
