Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- Knox gelatine
- small cans medium shrimp - 2 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Dissolve the gelatine in 1/4 cup water. Bring soup to boil in double boiler. Dissolve cream cheese in soup. Add gelatine, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and pepper.Refrigerate 5 minutes. Add shrimp, broken up. Put in mold and refrigerate at least 5 hours before serving.
Use with Ritz crackers. Serves 30 people.
