Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley - 1/3 c
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 2/3 c
- minced cloves garlic - 2 item
- cleaned, cooked shrimp - 5 6
How to make shrimp de jonghe:
To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry; mix well. Add bread crumbs. Place shrimp in a 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
