  • salt
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item
  • French dressing - 6 Tbsp
  • chopped green olives - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked shrimp, cut up - 3 c
  • raw, chopped cauliflower

How to make shrimp and rice salad:

Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice and French dressing together in a small bowl; mix well. Mix rice, olives, shrimp, onions and cauliflower in a large bowl. Pour dressing mixture over shrimp mixture. Mix. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 6 to 8 people.

One pound of raw, unpeeled shrimp equals approximately 1 cup cooked, cut up shrimp.
