Ingredients/Components
- salt
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- French dressing - 6 Tbsp
- chopped green olives - 1 Tbsp
- cooked shrimp, cut up - 3 c
- raw, chopped cauliflower
How to make shrimp and rice salad:
Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice and French dressing together in a small bowl; mix well. Mix rice, olives, shrimp, onions and cauliflower in a large bowl. Pour dressing mixture over shrimp mixture. Mix. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 6 to 8 people.One pound of raw, unpeeled shrimp equals approximately 1 cup cooked, cut up shrimp.
