Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- hard-cooked eggs, diced - 3 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- jar pimento - 2 oz
- cooked, diced chicken
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- cracker crumbs, buttered - 1 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Put in greased casserole. Put buttered cracker crumbs on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
