- oil
- vinegar - 2 c
- carrots - 2 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- large head cauliflower - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Marinade:1 c. oil2 c. vinegar1 tsp. salt Combine vegetables in bowl. Pour marinade over vegetables and refrigerate. Keeps well in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
