- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- paprika - 4 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 6 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 2 c
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- chuck roast - 3 4
- hamburger buns - 1 item
How to make shredded barbecue beef:
Simmer roast in small amount of salted water. Cook until fork-tender. Remove bone and trim excess fat. Finely shred meat and skim fat from broth. Melt margarine; add onions and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Add one cup broth and remaining iRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
